Haldex postpones the Annual General Meeting 2020

The Board of Directors of Haldex has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting 2020 due to the uncertain situation and effects of the COVID-19 outbreak.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on June 23, at 2 pm at Strandvägen 7A, Strandvägen 7 in Stockholm. A notice to the Annual General Meeting will be issued in due time. More information and relevant documents will be published on the Annual General Meeting page.
