Jay Longbottom assumes responsibility as President and CEO of Haldex AB as of June 16

As announced earlier, Jay Longbottom, presently head of Haldex Commercial Vehicle Systems Division, will become President and CEO of Haldex AB. Jay Longbottom will assume his assignment when the company’s restructuring occurs on 16 June 2011, and as the Commercial Vehicle Systems Division begins trading under the Haldex AB name and the former Hydraulic Systems Division is listed as Concentric AB.

On June 16, Pramod Mistry, presently with global financial responsibility for Haldex Commercial Vehicle Systems Division, will assume his responsibility as CFO for Haldex AB.
