New Board member in Haldex At the Annual General Meeting on March 30, 2000 it will be proposed to add one more member to the Board of Directors. The proposed new Board member is Cecilia Vieweg, L.L. B., at present chief company lawyer in AB Electrolux. During 1990-97 she worked as company lawyer in the Volvo Group, of which the latter five years as chief company lawyer in Volvo Personvagnar AB. This proposal is supported by shareholders representing more than 20% of the Company's capital and votes. Haldex is a global supplier of proprietary products for trucks, cars and industrial vehicles, with special emphasis on performance & safety. The Group is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange and has yearly sales of 6 BSEK with 4,150 employees. The Group has sales companies in Europe, North & South America and Asia.
