PRESS RELEASE The Board of Haldex AB has today decided to utilize the mandate to purchase the company's own shares, given by the Annual Shareholders' Meeting March 28, 2001, which means that a maximum of 10% of the company's total shares may be purchased up to the next Annual Shareholders' Meeting in 2002. Haldex does not today have any own shares. Purchases shall be made at the Stockholm Stock Exchange (Stockholmsbörsen).
