Report from Haldex AB's Annual General Shareholders' Meeting March 30, 2000 President's speech In his speech at the meeting, the President & CEO Claes Warnander reported that the efforts to develop new vehicle products with integrated electronics continue: -"In a short time period, Haldex has established a technical leadership in the niche controllable AWD systems." -"Haldex is now developing the next generation of intelligent braking systems for trucks, EBS (Electronic Brake Systems)." -"The development of Haldex new concept for compressed air in braking systems, ECAM (Electronically Controlled Air Management), was concluded in 1999 and serial deliveries will start this year. -"The Group's invoicing for January-February has been on approximately the same level as the same period last year." Dividend The annual meeting confirmed the proposed dividend to the shareholders of SEK 3:00 per share. Tuesday, April 4, 2000 was confirmed as record day for dividend. Board members and auditors The annual meeting decided to add one more member to the Board of Directors to a total of seven board members. Ebbe Bengtsson, Jan Blomberg, Lars Kylberg, Kurt Palmgren, Leif Rogersson and Claes Warnander were re-elected. Cecilia Vieweg, L.L. B. and chief company lawyer in AB Electrolux, was elected new member of the Board. Deputy auditor Magnus Röcklinger, CPA, was elected deputy auditor for the next three years.
