Stefan Johansson new CFO of Haldex

Stefan Johansson, at present CFO of Duni AB, will succeed Lennart Hammargren as CFO of Haldex AB during the autumn of 2005. Stefan Johansson is 47 years old and has held the same job positions at Linjebuss, AB Segerström & Svensson, Sanmina Corporation Europe and since 2002 at Duni AB Lennart Hammargren will take up the position as President of Haldex sales company in Austria, and responsible for the Commercial Vehicle Systems’ sales in Eastern Europe.
