Welcome to the Haldex Capital Market Day on May 20, 2011
Haldex has the pleasure of inviting stock market and media representatives to its Capital Market Day in Stockholm, Sweden, on Friday, May 20, 2011 at 08:30 a.m.
The Haldex Board of Directors has proposed a demerger of the Group whereby Haldex’ divisions will be independent, listed companies. The intention is to submit this proposal to shareholders at the AGM on June 8, 2011.
The purpose of the Capital Market Day is to present the two future companies, currently Haldex’s divisions, Commercial Vehicle Systems and Hydraulic Systems. At the Capital Market Day, the two divisions will present their organizations, Boards of Directors, future strategies and financial objectives.
