Halo Artists Groupe opens its doors with a talented team of signed artists and ready to take on editorial, commercial and television work

DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TEXAS – With the launch of Halo Artists Groupe, Dallas and Fort Worth commercial, advertising, fashion and entertainment industries now have a new resource to pull from – one that’s completely unique to the region.

Halo Artists Groupe provides talent for fashion, editorial print, runway, commercial and television productions, amongst many other things. Representing skilled creative artists like photographers, hairstylists, wardrobe stylists, makeup artists, prop and lighting stylists and floral designers, Halo Artists Groupe fills a void in the area’s entertainment industries as the first below-the-line talent agency in DFW.

Jenna Rabideau, owner of Halo Salon & Color Lab in Fort Worth, created the Artists Groupe in early 2011. They are preparing for a major launch of the agency in Dallas in the fall of 2011 with an artist showcase.

“Halo Artists Groupe was born out of my own frustration in trying to find a below-the-line agency to represent myself and some of my staff members who love doing hair for editorial and runway work,” Rabideau said. “I found agencies that would represent us, but they lacked the focus of some of the artists-only agencies I had read about in NYC and LA.”

So Rabideau created her own agency, obtained a Talent Agent License from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and signed on creative artist Tai Tipton to help steer the company ahead.

Tipton, vice president of Halo Artists Groupe, is proud of the talent they have to offer DFW and ready to promote them to area fashion designers, magazines, television networks, movie production houses, and advertising agencies.

“We signed artists who we know, who we love to work with, and whose talents we know,” Tipton said. “Everyone in this agency has strong experience. Most of them are self-taught artists, and they’re just amazingly talented.”
