Miranda Davis, owner and instructor of PerfectFit says, “Mayor Betsy Price has been a dedicated Pilates student since 2007. Her attitude is positive and fun loving and she enjoys a good challenge in her workout. I cater her Pilates routine to fit her needs so we utilize a lot of tension and stress relief techniques to envelope greater flexibility and overall mental wellbeing. Mayor Price takes the Power Pilates class every Monday night that focuses on increasing muscular strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, joint mobility, and Pilate’s breath work. With the use of proper body alignment and technique Pilates training develops long, lean muscles, improves posture and spinal alignment, stimulates circulation and blood oxygenation and improves mental clarity.
