Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. and Sub-Zero Group, Inc. Enter into an Exclusive Agreement
RICHMOND, Va. (May 13, 2014) – Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc., a leader in small household appliances, announced today it has entered into an exclusive multi-year licensing agreement with the Sub-Zero Group, Inc. to create a line of luxury counter top appliances and kitchen tools under the Wolf Gourmet brand name. The Wolf Gourmet products will be positioned to complement Wolf appliances in the kitchen. Hamilton Beach will develop, market and sell Wolf Gourmet products throughout North America at select retailers. The premium line will also be available to consumers through the Sub-Zero and Wolf distributor and dealer network and supported by Wolf’s best-in-class Customer Care team. Product launch is planned for Spring, 2015.
