Handelsbanken Capital Markets and Carnegie evaluate a placing of up to 10,850,000 A-shares in NCC AB.

Handelsbanken Capital Markets and Carnegie have been appointed by L E Lundbergföretagen AB to evaluate the possibility to conduct, by means of a so called bookbuilding process, a placing of up to 10,850,000 A-shares in NCC AB, corresponding to the whole of Lundbergföretagen's holding in NCC. A part, or all, of these shares may with Handelsbanken Capital Market's assistance be converted into B-shares.
