Clarification of press release dated 26 January 2024

As has come to the Bank’s attention that our press release dated 26 January may have been misunderstood, Handelsbanken would like to make a clarification: Louise Sander and Viktoria Aastrup have left their positions as Chief Communications Officer and Head of Group External Communications, respectively, after reaching individual agreements with the Bank.

The use of the Swedish terms may have been misinterpreted to mean that their employment was terminated. This was never the intention.
