Executive appointments at Handelsbanken
Stefan Nilsson has been appointed Executive Vice President and head of Handelsbanken's Pensions & Insurance business area from 1 January 2004. He is currently chief executive of SPP. Prior to this he was EVP at Handelsbanken and head of the Northern Norrland regional bank.
The Board of SPP has appointed Göran Holgerson as new chief executive of SPP from 1 January 2004. He was previously deputy chief executive of Handelsbanken Liv and before that worked in Handelsbanken's branch office operations.
The present chief executive of Handelsbanken Liv, Barbro Johansson, will retire according to her contract on 31 December 2003. She will be succeeded by Hans Hagman, currently regional manager for Handelsbanken Liv's and SPP's joint sales organisation in Southern Norrland.
