Handelsbanken sells properties

The Bank has entered into agreements to sell three subsidiaries, which own properties located in Gothenburg, Gävle and Umeå, respectively.

The transactions will result in total capital gains of SEK 1.1 billion, which will be recognised as other income on the date of transfer, expected during the first quarter of 2022. The transactions have consisted of the transfer of subsidiaries (holdings for business purposes).
