Customers believe that the most important factors in the choice of a fund management company are the competence of the investors, good customer service and company behaviour that inspires confidence.

Handelsbanken Fonder has received a higher ranking than its competitors for all these factors.

 

In addition, Handelsbanken Fonder is the fund management company that customers praise the most for advice and experience. Even when it comes to fund fees, Handelsbanken Fonder received a higher ranking than the average for the other fund management companies.

None of the competitors scored higher in terms of international competence or internet services.

 

In the previous survey conducted by Prospera two years ago, Handelsbanken Fonder had also received the highest ranking of all. 

  Joachim Spetz, head of Handelsbanken Fonder notes, "We have not settled back and relaxed, but instead have consequently worked on our customer service, our analyses and our performance."

Customers can also be happy about the fact that nine out of ten equity funds and seven out of ten fixed income funds achieved better results than the market average for 2005. Handelsbanken Fonder has received its highest rating ever from Morningstar, which provides independent ratings of mutual fund companies.
