Frank Vang-Jensen states, "The Danish market is one of the most dynamic in Europe with stiff competition from many expert players. I am convinced that our decentralised business model, where decisions are made by the local branch office close to the customer, suits us Danes well."

 

Frank Vang-Jensen is currently chief executive of Handelsbanken's mortgage company Stadshypotek and has been a member of Handelsbanken's management team since 2006. He will take up his new position on 1 July this year.
