New number of shares in Handelsbanken
Due to an exchange of convertible notes in Svenska Handelsbanken AB, the number of Class A shares has increased by 550 448 shares and the number of votes has increased by 550 448. Following the increase, the total number of shares in Handelsbanken is 632 534 618 of which 620 784 175 are Class A shares and 11 750 443 are Class B shares. The total number of votes in Handelsbanken is 621 959 219. The share capital amounts to SEK 2 941 285 973.70 after the increase.
