New number of shares in Handelsbanken
Due to an exchange of convertible notes in Svenska Handelsbanken AB, the number of Class A shares has increased by 319 shares and the number of votes has increased by 319. Following the increase, the total number of shares in Handelsbanken is 624 062 642 of which 612 312 199 are Class A shares and 11 750 443 are Class B shares. The total number of votes in Handelsbanken is 613 487 243. After the increase the share capital amounts to SEK 2 901 891 285,30.
