New number of shares in Handelsbanken

Due to an exchange of convertible notes in Svenska Handelsbanken AB, the number of Class A shares has increased by 366 197 shares and the number of votes has increased by 366 197. Following the increase, the total number of shares in Handelsbanken is 633 323 087 of which 621 572 644 are Class A shares and 11 750 443 are Class B shares. The total number of votes in Handelsbanken is 622 747 688. The share capital amounts to SEK 2 944 952 354.55 after the increase.
