New number of shares in Handelsbanken

Due to an exchange of convertible notes in Svenska Handelsbanken AB, the number of Class A shares has increased by 1 274 692 shares and the number of votes has increased by 1 274 692. Following the increase, the total number of shares in Handelsbanken is 634 597 779 of which 622 847 336 are Class A shares and 11 750 443 are Class B shares. The total number of votes in Handelsbanken is 624 022 380. The share capital amounts to SEK 2 950 879 672.35 after the increase.
