New number of shares in Handelsbanken

Due to an exchange of convertible notes in Svenska Handelsbanken AB, the number of Class A shares has increased by 29 160 shares and the number of votes has increased by 29 160. Following the increase, the total number of shares in Handelsbanken is

635 466 458 of which 623 716 015 are Class A shares and 11 750 443 are Class B shares. The total number of votes in Handelsbanken is 624 891 059. The share capital amounts to SEK 2 954 919 029.70 after the increase.
