New number of shares in Handelsbanken

Due to an exchange of convertible notes in Svenska Handelsbanken AB, the number of Class A shares has increased by 1 470 shares and the number of votes has increased by 1 470. Following the increase, the total number of shares in Handelsbanken is 635 647 265 of which 623 896 822 are Class A shares and 11 750 443 are Class B shares. The total number of votes in Handelsbanken is 625 071 866. The share capital amounts to SEK 2 955 759 782.25 after the increase.
