New number of shares in Handelsbanken

Due to an exchange of convertible notes in Svenska Handelsbanken AB, the number of Class A shares has increased by 3 612 shares and the number of votes has increased by 3 612. Following the increase, the total number of shares in Handelsbanken is 635 679 331 of which 623 928 888 are Class A shares and 11 750 443 are Class B shares. The total number of votes in Handelsbanken is 625 103 932. The share capital amounts to SEK 2 955 908 889,15 after the increase.
