Share capital at Handelsbanken

In a press release dated 31 July 2019, an amount was stated for the share capital at Svenska Handelsbanken AB. Following a correction by the Swedish Companies Registration Office, this amount has been adjusted to 3,030,277,602.4 kronor, which is three million kronor higher than the amount presented in the press release in question. Neither the number of shares nor the number of votes have changed as a result of the aforementioned adjustment.
