SPP: New board members
At the annual general meeting on 31 May 2006, Kerstin Wahlund and Håkan Sandberg were appointed as new members of the board of SPP Livförsäkring AB.
"The appointment of Kerstin Wahlund further strengthens our board in terms of both customer perspective and skills in the pensions field," comments Björn C Andersson, chairman of the board of SPP.
Kerstin Wahlund is Compensation and Benefit Manager at NCC Construction Sverige AB and a member of the board of PRI Pensionstjänst. Kerstin Wahlund succeeds Rolf Lundqvist, previously CFO at SIF, who is stepping down after six years on the board.
Håkan Sandberg is executive vice president at Handelsbanken and a board member of Handelsbanken's pension foundations.
The other members of SPP's board were re-elected: Björn C Andersson, Handelsbanken (chairman), Björn Bergman, Ledarna, Yonnie Bergqvist, Handelsbanken Finans, Holger Eriksson, HTF, Carl-Johan Tibblin, Scania CV AB, Barbro Johansson, Handelsbanken Liv, Anki Jönsson and Åke Danielsson, employee representatives and Michael Zell, SPP.
