HANZA acquires property in Sweden for continued expansion

HANZA buys a property in Töcksfors with an adjacent plot, which enables the expansion of the company's manufacturing cluster in Sweden.

The decision to purchase the property in Töcksfors follows HANZA's strategy of modular expansion on an existing site, which creates a significant increase in capacity at a limited cost. The property is part of HANZA's manufacturing cluster in Sweden and amounts to just over 11,000 square meters with approximately 28,000 square meters of land.

– The acquisition is in line with our strategy HANZA 2025, says Erik Stenfors, CEO. By preparing expansion in geographical areas where we are established, with all infrastructure in place, we can increase customer value and continue our rapid growth.

The acquisition is financed through bank loans and own funds. By owning the property, instead of renting, the cost of premises will be reduced.
