HANZA COO increases ownership to 45,000 shares

HANZA's COO, Andreas Nordin, has called for the redemption of stock options in accordance with the company's option program 2020/2023 and has subsequently sold a subset of the shares to finance the proceeds of the redemption and tax for the sale.

Andreas Nordin previously owned no shares in the company, but has through this transaction increased his ownership to 45,000 shares in HANZA. Furthermore, Andreas Nordin has undertaken not to sell or otherwise dispose of any shares in HANZA for a period of 90 calendar days.

As recently announced, the company's CEO, Erik Stenfors, through participation in the same option program, has increased his ownership to 590,000 shares and the company's CFO, Lars Åkerblom, has increased his ownership to 220,000 shares.

In total, HANZA's group management thus owns 855,000 shares, which corresponds to approximately 2.1 percent of the number of outstanding shares in HANZA.
