HANZA's subsidiary management buys shares for approx. 15 MSEK

HANZA Holding AB (publ) yesterday announced the acquisition of Helmut Beyers GmbH, an electronics company in Germany. Today, Beyers’ CEO and former principal owner have purchased a total of 450,000 shares in HANZA, corresponding to 1.3% of the total number of shares in the company. Price per share was SEK 33, which equals a total purchase price of SEK 14,850,000.
