Catering Dept. shortlisted for national award
THE Harper Adams Catering Department has been shortlisted for a university catering award in recognition of its farm-to-fork ethos. The ULiving CUBO Awards recognise and celebrate excellence among UK Higher Education Institutions. Being nominated for one of these awards means that a person, institution or company is already noteworthy within a highly competitive sector. Harper Adams has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Catering Outlet’ category and has been commended for its ethical food sourcing and innovative use of by-products and leftovers. Catering Manager, David Nuttall, said: “
