Scholarship scheme to boost interest in pig farming
Harper Adams University is raising the profile of careers available in farming by working with the pig industry to offer new scholarships, worth up to £7,000. The Pig Industry Scholarship scheme, run in conjunction with BPEX and industry partners, aims to secure potential new entrants into the industry. Successful students will receive a second year scholarship of £3,500, a 12-month paid industrial placement, and the possibility of a final year scholarship of £3,500.
