Media Release: Coopers Square Crowned With RoSPA Gold Hat-Trick

Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire – Thursday April 29, 2010; Coopers Square shopping centre, Burton upon Trent, has again been recognised with the prestigious RoSPA Gold Occupational Health and Safety Award for 2010.

The hat-trick of consecutive Gold awards, the highest possible ranking, in the last three years clearly demonstrates the shopping centre’s commitment to not only maintaining and monitoring but also its strive for excellence in introducing new processes, procedures and working practices, for the benefit of its customers and staff. In order to achieve this consistently high standard, Coopers Square has continually shown excellent occupational health and safety management systems, high levels of compliance with control measures and below average and reducing rates of error such as accidents and work related ill-health. The Coopers Square team will be presented with their Gold award at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, NEC, on Thursday, May 13. The ceremony will take place alongside Safety & Health Expo 2010, Europe’s leading annual health and safety exhibition.
