Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire – Tuesday, August 17, 2010; Children’s TV favourite, Fifi Forget-Me-Not and her best friend Bumble will be buzzing into Coopers Square on Bank Holiday Monday, August 30, to give Fifi and the Flowertots fans a special school summer holiday treat.

With an unbelievable lust for life and a real nose for adventure, Fifi Forget-Me-Not together with her best and most loyal friend Bumble are leaving the Flowertots to visit the Burton upon Trent shopping centre for the first time in over a year. Children can join in the August Bank Holiday fun and take the chance to meet Fifi and Bumble during their appearances throughout Coopers Square at 11am, 12pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm. Dave Chadfield, Coopers Square Centre Manager, commented: “Fifi Forget-Me-Not and Bumble haven’t been back to Burton since Easter last year, so it’s particularly apt that their visit finishes off the programme of free family summer holiday fun at Coopers Square in style. I know Fifi and Bumble can’t wait to catch up with their Flowertots fans and I am sure they will both receive a very warm welcome from our visitors.” While having fun meeting Fifi and Bumble, Fifi and the Flowertots fans can also check out the official merchandise on offer throughout Coopers Square stores, from pyjamas at Bhs to books galore at Waterstone’s, books and comics at WHSmith and DVDs from HMV. Coopers Square will be open from 10.30am to 4.30pm on Bank Holiday Monday, August 30, still leaving plenty of time to finish off the ‘back to school’ shopping mission. From quality school uniforms for all ages to satchels, books, stationery and shoes, with over 70 leading stores and convenient rooftop car parking, it couldn’t be easier to complete the school shopping in one easy trip to Coopers Square.
