HC Andersen Capital Events 12.04: Meet the top management in GomSpace

HC Andersen Capital is hosting a digital event where you can meet and ask questions directly to the top management. It is free for all to attend.

GomSpace - Rights Issue
GomSpace has announced that through a rights issue with preferential rights for the Company’s existing shareholders, it will raise up to SEK 122m, of which SEK 53.6m is guaranteed through the conversion of loans into share capital. The issuance is carried out to secure long-term financing for ongoing transitions toward a more standardized product offering.   

On 12 April at 1.00PM, we will conduct an event with the management of GomSpace, where it will also be possible to ask questions directly. The event will be conducted in English.  

The focus of the event will primarily be on the investment case, what new capital will be used for, as well as details and the schedule of the rights issue.    

GomSpace is a space company, which is manufacturing and supplying cubesat and small satellite solutions for customers in the academic, government, and commercial markets. Today, GomSpace has a global presence and customers from more than 50 countries.
