ExpreS2ion Biotechnologies – Presentation of Q1 2023
ExpreS2ion Biotechnologies is expected to release its Q1 2023 results on 16 May 2023. Later the same day at 11:00, ExpreS2ion Biotechnologies’ CEO Bent Frandsen and CFO Keith Alexander will present the results and latest achievements followed by a Q&A session in a virtual live event.
Besides the quarterly results, we expect attention, among others, could be directed to the outcome of the rights issue, the development in the pipeline, and the poster on ES2B-C001, the HER2-VLP breast cancer vaccine candidate, which was presented at the AACR Annual Meeting.

Penneo – Presentation of Q1 report 2023
Penneo expects to report its Q1 2023 report on 16 May 2023. Later the same day at 1.00 PM, Penneo’s CEO Christian Stendevad and CFO Casper Nielsen Christiansen will present the financial results in a virtual live event followed by a Q&A session.
Looking into 2023, Penneo announced its guidance in connection with the annual report for 2022, which was published on 28 February. By the end of 2023, Penneo guides ARR at the level of DKK 87-95m (23-34% growth), and EBITDA is expected at a level between DKK -15m to DKK -10m for the full year 2023. The focus in this Q1 2023 presentation is expected to be on the recent financial development, an update on the key SaaS metrics, as well as management comments about the current market environment and the company’s European market expansion.
