Xplora - Deep Dive: Replicating the Norwegian Connectivity model - Xplora's go to market strategy What is Xplora’s connectivity service and why is it a pivotal part of Xplora’s continued growth story.
Xplora’s connectivity refers to its watches’ features of mobile connectivity which offers users the ability to send messages, unlock safety features and location tracking by subscribing to a monthly fee.
However, Xplora’s connectivity is strategically significant because it offers its telco partners the chance to acquire new long-lasting customers at a younger age and lower acquisition cost than previously possible. The result is a mutually beneficial partnership which has helped Xplora attain a 17% market penetration in Norway for children aged 4-10.
Xplora’s ability to replicate its connectivity model and construct the same mutually beneficial relationships with telcos in its markets outside of Norway will be pivotal for the company’s continued growth.
Join this deep dive to learn more about this key aspect of Xplora’s business and ask questions direct to CEO Sten Kirkbak and CFO Mikael Clement.

Danish Aerospace Company - Deep Dive: Wearables on Earth and in space
The Danish Aerospace Company has a solid position in health surveillance in space, as the company has for many years supported astronauts in space stations, including supporting regular health surveillance and fitness tests at the International Space Station from the company's control center in Odense since July 2006.
Most recently, the Danish Aerospace Company was out in April with the news that ESA has extended the contract for support for health monitoring of astronauts on the International Space Station (ISS) until the end of 2022 with the option of extensions in 2023 and 2024, which ESA can activate. The extension has a value of approx. DKK 1.9 million, and if other options on other services are activated, the total value is approx. DKK 4.5 million.
Going forward, the Danish Aerospace Company also has new opportunities with both a growing commercial aerospace market and equipment for health monitoring in extreme environments on Earth. The company has already received a grant from the EU Defense Fund to participate in a project to develop underwater technology with sensors, monitoring and control systems for military divers. The expected grant to Danish Aerospace Company from the project is approx. DKK 2.7 million. In addition, the Danish Aerospace Company is looking into other potential market areas on Earth such as mountaineering and motorsport.
Meet CEO Thomas A.E. Andersen who will dive into the markets and opportunities that Danish Aerospace Company can provide with the company's wearables technology.
