NTG - Presentation of the Q2 report 2022
On 12 August, Nordic Transport Group A/S published an unsurprisingly strong account for the second quarter of 2022. However, the guidance for 2022 is maintained.
Thus, NTG realizes an impressive revenue growth in the quarter of 58.7% y/y, of which 25% is organic, which means that the revenue lands at DKK 2,729 million. against the consensus of DKK 2,597 million. Adjusted EBIT is DKK 216.8 million. (7.9% margin) compared to the consensus of DKK 181 million. (7.0%).
As mentioned, NTG maintains its expectations for 2022 and thus continues to guide for a turnover of DKK 9,700-10,200 million. and adj. EBIT in the range of DKK 700-750 million. NTG is launching a new share buyback program of a maximum of DKK 100 million. or 310,000 pcs. shares from Monday 15 August 2022 until 31 March 2023 at the latest.

Xplora - Presentation of the half-year report 2022
Join us for a presentation of Xplora’s H1 results with Xplora’s CEO Sten Kirkbak and CFO Mikael Clement, where you can understand how the business has developed so far in 2022 and ask questions to management.
Xplora had a strong year in 2021, realising revenue growth of 115% y/y, subscriber number growth of 61%, and it was a key year for establishing its recurring service revenues as a cornerstone of the business, with higher-margin recurring service revenues totaling 21% of group revenues.
In Q1 2022, Xplora delivered over 100% y/y revenue growth while increasing service revenues as a share of total revenues to 45%. The year 2022 thus far has seen Xplora announce new partnerships in the US, UK, Germany, France, and Finland, with connectivity services now available in all the mentioned markets.

BioPorto - Presentation of the interim report 2022
BioPorto releases its Interim Report for the second quarter of 2022 today and will participate in a digital event. CEO Tony Pare and CFO Neil Goldman will present the report and highlights from the half-year period, followed by a moderated Q&A session.
On June 28th BioPorto announced that it completed the targeted enrollment of 600 patients for the clinical study of The NGAL Test. After the data from the study is collected, compiled and analyzed and other required technical and analytical documentation are finalized, the company expects to submit it to the US FDA for approval in patients aged 3 months up to 22 years. By assessing the risk of Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) much faster than current methods, the NGAL test can save lives.
