HC Andersen Capital Events 19/10: Meet the management in OrderYoYo

In OrderYOYO’s Q3 2023 results, the company continued this year's strong momentum with 38% ARR growth and 31% revenue growth. The momentum was further highlighted by the fourth upward revision of its 2023 guidance this year on both the top line and bottom line. This is despite continued challenging market conditions.

In addition to strong revenue growth, earnings focus continues with a positive EBITDA result of DKK 16.5m in the first nine months of the year, an improvement of DKK 20.6m compared to the same period in 2022. Q3 2023 was also the first full quarter with positive cash EBITDA, meaning that the growth momentum is fully funded by operations.

OrderYOYO also revealed next year's expectations for the first time. In 2024, they expect to achieve an ARR and revenue of DKK 300-310m and DKK 260-270m, respectively. The focus on earnings will continue into next year. At the EBITDA level, they expect to realize DKK 23-28m, which is an expected growth of 20% using the midpoint in the guidance range.

The management will present the results later today in a virtual live event, where you also can ask questions. Focus is expected to be on OrderYOYO’s main drivers behind its momentum for the first nine months of 2023 and next year's newly released expectations.

OrderYOYO is a Danish Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that provides takeaway restaurants with all the necessary software to serve their customers, including online ordering, payment, marketing, and business management solutions. The software enables restaurants, primarily within takeaway, to have their own-branded online presence directly to consumers instead of via food portals.
