Strategic partnership agreement between HC Andersen Capital and Inderes Oyj has now been formalised

On 8 April 2022, HC Andersen Capital announced a strategic partnership agreement with the listed Finish company, Inderes Oyj. The partnership agreement has now been formalised, and Inderes Oyj has become a minority shareholder in HC Andersen Capital.

The strategic partnership relates to Inderes’ technology platform and a common ambition to create a Nordic investor relations platform.

It is the mission of Inderes to democratize investor information – very similar to HC Andersen Capital. Inderes has created an advanced digital platform providing efficient investor communication, including an investor community, commissioned equity research, virtual investor events, and professional investor relations services.

Through the cooperation with Inderes, HC Andersen Capital will get access to an advanced investor platform with an even stronger product offering to our customers and we will be able to distribute company information broadly to investors in the entire Nordic Region.
