The St. Louis Post-Dispatch and WorkplaceDynamics partnered to compile the list, which is based on employee satisfaction surveys. This is the second consecutive year for HDIS to receive the honor.

At least 35 percent of employees must participate for a company to qualify, and participation from HDIS, Inc. was nearly double that.
