HDR Partners Corporate Finance has successfully completed the divestment of Inet AB to Creades AB (publ)

HDR Partners is proud to have advised Inet in conjunction with its divestment to Creades. Inet’s management team is excited about the opportunity to continue developing the business with the new owners. Creades will own 70% and the founders of Inet will own the remaining 30%. Inet’s enterprise value is SEK 135 million and Creades invests SEK 80 million to enable continued store expansion and growth in e-commerce.

Inet is a leading omni-channel retailer on the Swedish Home and Personal PC hardware market, focusing on Dedicated PC users. The Company has established a highly loyal customer base and has generated LTM revenues of SEK 550 million, as of February 2015. The offering consists of PCs, computer components and related accessories from market leading brands and an increased amount of own branded products such as pre-built high-performance computers.

Creades AB is a public company traded on Stockholm OMX Mid-Cap, has SEK 3 billion of assets under management and invests in small and medium-sized public and private companies.
