New for Winter 2013/14

Ski Weekends has been very busy with new developments for  the winter 2013/2014 season, with stunning new chalets in Les Menuires and Courchevel 1650, and a multitude of hotels to suit everyone’s needs, from the mid-weekers to the weekenders.

There are 25 new four and five star hotels on the Ski Weekend books for the coming winter season. All the hotels are available on a new tailor-made basis, with all bookings coming with an optional private transfer to and from the airport, adding a new dimension of flexibility to any ski holiday.

Hotels: The brand new four-star Hotel L’Héliopic in Chamonix (opening this December) is offering a breath of fresh air with its contemporary design and some incredible facilities; including a Jacuzzi overlooking Mont Blanc, pool, treatment rooms, sauna, steam room, bagna and even an ice grotto, making anyone’s stay entirely unforgettable. Chalets: For those looking for a chalet host to look after them for their stay, the newly refurbished, ski-in/ski-out Chalet Sapinière, is the epitome of a quintessential Alpine chalet, with the availability of a spa, which includes a sauna, hammam, and Jacuzzi. Set in a little hamlet beside Les Menuires and sleeping 12 and spanning over three floors, four of the six rooms also boast balconies that give you access to beautiful mountain views. Meanwhile just over the valley in Courchevel 1650 sits Chalet Emily, situated in a small hamlet not far from the centre, where the slopes and nearest ski lift are just 250m away. Calming and tranquil, the traditional Savoyard chalet offers stunning views spread over three floors and sleeps 8-10 people. Private Transfers: Ski Weekends have also introduced the option of private transfers to and from airports, pre-bookable on the website for a supplement charge, giving groups and travellers more flexible transfer times and the comfort in knowing exactly when they will be travelling to and from the resort. The private transfers can be either by coach, mini-bus or train, and are currently available as part of the Flight Package.

Airports: Ski Weekends is also increasing flights from the UK, with the addition of two new airports; Southampton and Southend which brings its total to 17 airports flying from the UK. Both airports will offer the option of flying to Geneva, and will increase accessibility for Ski Weekend customers greatly, especially in the South/South East travelling to France, Italy and Switzerland.
