Hedin Mobility Group completes the acquisition of Scandia Rent, strengthening its presence on the Nordic car rental market
Mölndal, 5 june 2024 - MABI Mobility AB, part of Hedin Mobility Group, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of the prominent Finnish rental car company Scredo Oy, operating under the brand Scandia Rent. Through this strategic deal, MABI will expand its station network and offer mobility solutions also on the Finnish car rental market.
Scandia Rent’s existing station network in Finland aligns perfectly with MABI's growth strategy. By leveraging MABI's resources and combining them with Scandia Rent's existing infrastructure and local knowledge, customers will be able to benefit from an even wider fleet of vehicles and a seamless rental experience.
