Hongqi redefines electric range with the launch of the EH7 sedan

Hongqi, the prestigious automotive brand, unveils the thrilling EH7 sedan. The fully electric EH7 sets a new standard for range, performance, and spaciousness, with a staggering range of up to 700 kilometres on a single charge. But the thrill doesn't stop there. The EH7 AWD boasts a heart-pounding 0-100 km/h acceleration time of just 3.5 seconds – thanks to its powerful all-wheel-drive variants with 619 peak horsepower.

Power options to match different needs
Drivers can choose between two battery pack options – a 85 kWh or a 111 kWh battery – to suit their driving needs. Regardless of choice, all EH7 variants deliver exceptional performance and range. The EH7 comes in both single engine/rear wheel and twin engine/all-wheel drive versions where the single engine/rear wheel drive version delivers up to 700 km range with the 111 kWh battery. Official WLTP numbers will be supplied closer to sales start for the different versions.

Spacious comfort for every journey
Measuring over 4980 millimetres long (in the D-segment), the EH7 offers a supremely spacious interior for passengers to stretch out and relax, facilitated by the 3000 millimetre wheelbase. Carefully selected materials and cutting-edge technology create a driver-centric haven, ideal for long journeys or daily commutes.

Deliveries begin later this year
Deliveries of the Hongqi EH7 are expected to commence in the last quarter of 2024. This electrifying sedan is poised to make an impact in the European market with sales start in the third quarter of 2024.
