I.A. Hedin Bil AB strengthens the company with two new members of the board
The shareholders of I.A. Hedin Bil AB have at today’s annual meeting on the 3rd of May 2021 decided to re-appoint Anders Hedin, Hampus Hedin, Jan Litborn and Erik Selin. Jan Litborn was appointed Chariman. Hans Börsvik will leave the board, and Björn Hauber and Klaus Kibsgaard newly appointed.
At today’s annual meeting Björn Hauber and Klaus Kibsgaard was appointed new board members.
Björn Hauber, 50, has a long career within the vehicle industry, e.g., as CEO of Mercedes-Benz Sweden and Denmark. Björn is today CEO VD and Group CEO of Ballingslöv International.
Klaus Kibsgaard, 61, also has a long career within the vehicle industry, e.g., as CEO of BMW Northern Europe. Klaus is today Senior Adviser.
