SCHAUMBURG, IL (June 2016) – Experts from HEIDENHAIN CORPORATION and ETEL will be offering informative short booth presentations on what’s new in “Enabling Nanometer Stability” for semiconductor manufacturing during the upcoming SEMICON West 2016 trade show in San Francisco, CA from July 12-14.  Scheduled at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. daily, these concise presentations will start at the HEIDENHAIN booth (#1809), then move across the aisle to ETEL booth (#1909).

During HEIDENHAIN’s brief “Enabling Nanometer Stability” presentation in the Moscone Center – South Hall, visitors will learn about a measuring technology using a linear encoder that compares to and is better than a laser interferometer.

At HEIDENHAIN’s adjacent ETEL booth, visitors will then see a motion system stage where nanometer stability is accomplished simply and effectively.

Each combined presentation is estimated to take about 15 minutes, followed by an opportunity for Q&As.
