Heim UK Residential Fund Awarded 5-Star GRESB Rating, Ranking First in Peer Group
In its second year participating in the internationally acknowledged ESG performance benchmark GRESB, Heim’s UK Residential Fund has advanced from four to five stars, earning an overall 99/100 and ranking the first in its peer group - underscoring the focus on future-proof buildings minimising our footprint, thriving communities, and purposeful governance.
This year, the fund advanced to a five-star GRESB rating, earning 99/100 - up from 96/100 in 2024 - and securing the #1 spot in its UK multi-family, non-listed peer group. Component performance included a full score of 70/70 in Development category and 29/30 in Management category.
