Heimstaden Bostad AB (publ.) Refinances EUR 800 Million Senior Unsecured Revolving Credit Facilities

Heimstaden Bostad AB (publ.) has successfully refinanced its senior unsecured revolving credit facilities (RCF) with EUR 800 million of senior unsecured RCFs across two agreements. The new facilities replace EUR 700 million of existing facilities while adding an additional EUR 100 million in new capacity. The facilities are set to further enhance the Company’s existing liquidity with an extended maturity date.

The arrangement is supported by five core relationship banks: BNP Paribas, Citi, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, and UniCredit.
