Heimstaden Bostad AB Cancel NOK Bonds Held on Own Book

Today Heimstaden Bostad AB cancelled a portion of the senior unsecured floating rate bonds under ISIN NO0010838899 (the “NOK Bonds”).

The total amount is NOK 428 million, which corresponds to the total amount of the NOK Bonds previously repurchased by Heimstaden Bostad.

The maturity date of the NOK Bonds is 7 June 2024, and the cancellation of the NOK Bonds is made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the NOK Bonds.

After this cancellation, the total nominal amount remaining in the NOK Bonds is NOK 72 million.
