The portfolio consists of 806 residential units, and 21 new attic apartments under construction, mainly located in attractive micro locations in the central parts of Jönköping.

Heimstaden Bostad made its first investment in Jönköping in September 2021 and will establish a local operational office in connection to the acquisition.

With about 1,000 homes in the Jönköping area, we are in a great position to establish and grow our local operations and deliver Friendly Homes to our customers,” says Investment Director Mattis Falkentoft at Heimstaden.
