  • Rental income SEK 3.2 billion (3.1 billion).
  • Investment properties SEK 337 billion and 154,145 homes.
  • Real economic occupancy 98.4% (98.5%).
  • Net LTV 48.9% (46.5%) and ICR 3.8x (4.0x).
  • 5.5% like-for like rental income growth.
  • 1.9% decrease in value of investment properties, resulting in a total comprehensive loss of SEK 2.2 billion.  
  • Hybrid buyback of SEK 8.9 billion fully funded with equity from shareholders.
  • Bought the Country Management organisation from Heimstaden AB.
